Piper Candless Comfortable Living

Summer is officially here. Piper Candless and I took a short break from the Palm Springs heat and enjoyed the cool refrigerated air in her posh hacienda. Now, refrigerated air is supposed to be better, more efficient technology than 'swamp' cooling. However, there is something utterly therapeutic about a swamp cooler. Most of you will probably have no idea what I am talking about unless you have spent time in a desert climate like my childhood hometown of El Paso, Texas. The smell, sound, and feeling of moistened cool air being pumped through the vents brings me an odd sense of comfort. It's also the perfect sedative for a siesta in the midst of a hot day. I checked the temperature in El Paso and it was just under 110 degrees Fahrenheit (43.3 Celsius) today. But global warming is still a myth, right? Right!? Tomorrow we will enjoy a dip in the backyard pool.

Keisha's lively and playful spirit

I suppose this gallery of Keisha Grey proves that making Zishy a glamcore site is not one of my ambitions. Personally, I feel Keisha's lively and playful spirit is captured accurately here. And I find that type of personality very appealing. On the other hand, Keisha could end up hating my guts for showing just how silly she can be. C'est la vie. We snacked at Subway then searched for Gursky at the 99¢ Only store, to no avail. As you can see, I took these around the holidays. Enjoy a little Christmas in May or let it serve as a reminder that Half Christmas is just around the corner.

Florence Milo High Wasted Dreams

Florence Milo studies photography at a local community college. She is a cool girl with strong aesthetic opinions. I had to work at times to get her to crack a smile for the camera, but in the end, I was happy to photograph such an elegant beauty. Florence and I spent a late Sunday morning at Venice High School. The place holds nostalgia for me since I lived in the neighborhood for years upon moving to Los Angeles. I could always tell that the kids at Venice High did not have top-dollar funding, yet I never got the impression that it was home to as much hate as portrayed in American History X. Our city is often over-dramatized. To live and die in LA.
